Once your onboarding is complete, Lumio will introduce you to Lucy, who will guide you through the strategy phase.
You’re in control of the pace—feel free to pause the call anytime. When you return, we’ll resume right where you left off.
If, for any reason, the call drops (unstable internet), the call will pick up after the last saved information.
In your upcoming strategy session, Lucy will kick things off by reviewing all the insights gathered during your onboarding. Following that, she'll dive into market research to help you craft your initial campaign.
This session is designed to be flexible and free-flowing. You have the option to either focus on launching a specific, immediate campaign or to map out your high-level strategy for the entire quarter. The choice is entirely yours!
Before concluding the session, Lucy will provide you with a clear list of next steps and any essential assets you'll need to seamlessly put your plans into action.

The scope of your website migration involves transferring all existing content (including images, text, and site structure) from your current environment to a new one. Your original sitemap will be fully retained.
Before we begin:
💡 Finalize Current Content: Please ensure all images and copy on your current website are finalized and completely up to date. This content will be migrated as-is unless you specify otherwise.
💡 Content Replacement/Rewrites: If you plan to replace or rewrite any website content, please send us a single document containing all the updated copy.

2. Fill Out the Website Migration Form
Lumio will provide this during onboarding, or you can find it under the Forms tab.
3. Review and Approval
Once we receive and review your submission, our team will begin building your new site.
If we need additional details or clarifications, we’ll reach out within 3 business days.

4. First Draft & Bug Tracking
When your draft site is ready, we’ll invite you to our bug-tracking tool, BugHerd, to gather your feedback.

5. Revisions
You’ll have one round of revisions, so please review your site thoroughly.
6. Final Review
Upon completion of the edits, we'll ask for your confirmation that all requested changes have been accurately implemented.
7. Launch Prep
After approval, your site is ready to go live!

SSL Certificate
Want to know your website is secure?
All of our sites come with a SSL certificate. This ensures that visitors’ data and connection to this site are secured. Once the site’s custom domain is fully set up, an SSL certificate will automatically be generated & installed.
To manually generate an SSL certificate:
If you'd like help in launching your site:
● Please provide or delegate access to team@creativo.ai OR
● Please provide the domain host logins. Let us know your availability as many hosts ask for 2-factor authentication that expires after 5 minutes. The person who owns the registered phone number or email address should be available to provide us with the code.
● We schedule site launches from Monday to Thursday.
○ This ensures that our team is available to monitor the launch and promptly address any unforeseen issues. We avoid launching on Fridays, as our office is closed on weekends and we may not be able to provide immediate support.
8. Go Live!
Once DNS records are updated and propagated (may take up to 48 hours), your new site will be live and fully operational.

Your new website deserves to stay polished, updated, and on brand! While you have full access to make edits yourself via your Creativo account, your Creativo team is here to help with monthly updates and maintenance—so you can stay focused on your business.

💡 You’re entitled to one round of edits per month, with up to 2 hours of implementation time.
You can submit tasks any time during the month, and we’ll batch them together to work on your chosen edit date.

You’ll continue using BugHerd (as you did during your website build)—no new tools or training needed.
2. Scheduled Implementation
On your selected implementation date, we’ll work on all pending requests in one batch.

If anything isn’t quite right, no worries—we’ll make necessary adjustments and notify you once they’re ready.

Do I need a landing page for my ads?
Yes—ads work best when they lead to a dedicated landing page with a single focus and call to action.

As a general guideline for U.S. audiences:
