1. Program Participation

Creator agrees to participate in the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program to promote the book Grow Rich with AI through TikTok Shop.

Commission is earned solely on qualifying purchases tracked and attributed through TikTok Shop in accordance with TikTok Shop’s tracking and attribution policies.

Sales made through Amazon or any other platform are not eligible for commission or refund qualification under this program.

2. Free Sample Participation Requirements

Creator will receive one (1) complimentary copy of the book Grow Rich with AI through TikTok Shop as part of this collaboration.

In exchange for receiving the free sample, Creator agrees to complete the following actions within 14 days of receiving the product:

Creator will earn affiliate commission on any qualifying purchases attributed through TikTok Shop in accordance with TikTok Shop’s tracking and attribution policies.

Failure to complete the participation requirements may result in the Creator becoming ineligible for future free samples or collaborations.

3. Content License

Creator retains ownership of content created.

However, Creator grants Creativo and its affiliated entities a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, repost, edit, display, and distribute content created in connection with the promotion of Grow Rich with AI for organic marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

• Social media reposting
• Website and landing pages
• Email marketing
• Sales materials
• Presentations and promotional materials

This license includes reasonable editing for formatting, captions, branding, and compilation purposes.

Paid advertising use requires separate written consent.

4. Disclosure & Compliance

Creator agrees to comply with FTC guidelines and TikTok policies, including clear disclosure of affiliate relationship (e.g., #ad, #affiliate).
